HAFCOVAC VACUUM HOSE

1.5" X 20FT Replacement Static Conductive Vacuum Hose for industrial applications in combustible dust environments.

This hose is a direct replacement for the 1.5" hose that comes with our vacuums.

Application:

• Flexible hose/ducting designed for combustible dust, powder, and flammable liquids 
• Perfect for handling abrasive powders, bulk materials, granulates, liquids, and gases
• Ideal for industrial and commercial vacuum cleaners, including use in explosion-hazard environments

Construction – AIRDUC® Profile Hose

• Copper coated spring steel wire firmly embedded in the hose wall for superior stability

• Wall made of electrically conductive premium ester-polyurethane (Pre-PUR®)

• Wall thickness: approximately 0.0275 in (0.7 mm) for durability and flexibility

Temperature Range:

•    -40°F to 195°F (-40°C to 90°C), with short-term exposure up to 255°F (124°C)

Properties:

·    Highly abrasion-resistant for long service life

·       Excellent resistance to oil, gasoline, and chemicals

·       Very good low-temperature flexibility

·       Electrically conductive wall: electrical and surface resistance <10³ Ω (NFPA 652: <10⁶ Ω)

·       ATEX 2014/34/EU and German TRGS 727 compliant:

o   Pneumatic transport of flammable dusts and bulk materials (Zones 20, 21, 22 inside)

o   Aspiration of combustible dusts (Zone 22 inside)
