HafcoVac DRS™ Dust Recovery System

The HafcoVac DRS™ (Dust Recovery System) combines HafcoVac’s powerful pneumatic vacuum technology with high-efficiency cyclone pre-separation in one complete industrial dust collection system.

Designed to capture 90–95% of dust and debris before it reaches the vacuum drum and filter, the DRS™ dramatically reduces filter loading while helping maintain strong, consistent suction throughout operation. Less material reaching the filter means longer filter life, fewer interruptions for cleaning and maintenance, and more time spent collecting dust.

Dust and debris are pulled through the DRS™ cyclone separator first, where centrifugal force drops the majority of collected material into the dedicated 17-gallon recovery drum. The remaining fine particulate continues into the HafcoVac vacuum and filtration system.

The result is a powerful, efficient and highly mobile dust recovery system built for demanding industrial environments.
