Industrial Vacuum Cleaners

A major issue facing many facilities includes concerns about combustible dust and safely removing it. HafcoVac has developed a line of industrial vacuum cleaners for the main purpose of safely and effectively collecting combustible and volatile dust as well as a variety of wet and dry material recovery. Cleanliness and safety are paramount to any business and by exceeding cleaning and safety requirements, HafcoVac industrial vacuum cleaners are essential to any housekeeping program.

HafcoVac industrial vacuums are designed and manufactured by keeping in mind that removing dusts and debris is a challenge. Facilities with combustible dust situations face the daily challenge of removing these dusts in order to keep employees and property safe. In most cases there are NFPA and OSHA guidelines and standards to adhere to. Our air-powered industrial vacuums are a perfect solution for not only combustible dusts but also wet and dry material recovery. See the Industries that are suitable for HafcoVac industrial vacuums.

Powered by compressed air, there are no moving parts or need for electricity. HafcoVacs eliminate any chance of motors arcing, shorts, or sparks contributing to a dangerous situation. Fully grounded, every HafcoVac industrial vacuum is built to ensure that dangerous static electricity will not accumulate but rather be dissipated by anti-static hoses and static-conductive air hoses.

HafcoVacs also offer powerful industrial vacuum performance while using minimal air consumption when electricity is either not available or desired. The lack of moving parts also minimizes maintenance leaving only consumable items such as filters and filter bags needing occasional replacement depending upon the application.

Available in either a 30 or 55 gallon capacity with a choice of venturi heads depending on available compressed air, HafcoVacs deliver best in class performance and price when compared to our competition.

HafcoVac Industrial Vacuums offer operators tremendous versatility in a safe, powerful, and cost-effective package. The capabilities of HafcoVac vacuums are further extended when coupled with our Essential Overhead Extension Kit. Our most requested upgrade, The Essential Overhead Toolkit combines the Overhead Toolkit and The RACK tool holder. The Overhead Toolkit lets you easily maintain workplace cleanliness to prevent the occupational hazards that put your business at risk. Increased levels of dust build-up on shelves, tables, pipes and beams can reduce the efficiency of your machines and your employees. The Overhead Extension Kit, available in 4 different lengths, is designed to help you further comply with OSHA and NFPA regulations for workplace safety. When finished simply slide the Overhead tools into The RACK to keep them ready for the next job. The RACK fits onto any of our vacuums in both the 30 Gallon and 55 Gallon sizes.
